Greg started the firm in 2001 with a focus on creating and delivering practical solutions to businesses of all sizes, in a variety of management consulting situations. Greg is a versatile, software industry veteran with over fifteen years experience as a software product manager, business analyst and strategist.
Greg graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and a concentration in Decision Sciences, in 1988.Mike has over 14 years of professional management and engineering experience in both the startup and large corporate environment, Mike brings a proven acumen for definition, implementation, and on-time delivery of quality software-based products. Prior to Productivity Advisors, Mike managed engineering teams and built large cross-discipline teams with experience covering the entire organizational and product development process, from chartering and team development, requirements gathering and analysis, specification, design, and verification to shipping product.
Previously, Mike worked for Vertical Networks, a Kleiner-Perkins and Accel funded company, Intel Corporation, National Semiconductor, NetPhonic Communications (Acquired by General Magic), Voysys (Technology Acquired by Siemens) and Software Publishing Corporation.
Kelley built her marketing career over a 20-year period focusing primarily on marketing communications and advertising. Kelley has worked in the outdoor/athletic industry holding marketing management positions at The North Face, Sierra Designs and Ultimate Direction. Her MarCom background provides an in-depth understanding of a variety of consumer and business-to-business communications tools such as trade shows, public relations, point-of-purchase, direct mail, trade and consumer catalogs, web strategy and development, packaging, trade promotions, grassroots events and athlete sponsorships.
Kelley graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1987. She also attended the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, in 1986.
Khoa joined the team in 2006. He has multimedia software experience in web design, graphics, and video. He has worked in research labs at Sharp Memorial Hospital (managing their pathology database), Anadys Pharmaceuticals, and Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
He is currently a life science undergraduate at the University of California, Los Angeles.
